Following a proclamation by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners, today, February 11, 2026, is officially recognized as Heart of Florida United Way 2-1-1 Day. This designation highlights the vital role of the 2-1-1 information and referral service in connecting residents with essential health and human services, including food assistance, housing support, and crisis intervention. Community Development and Federal Funding Notice

The City of Orlando Housing and Community Development Department is currently soliciting proposals from local non-profit organizations for the 2026-2027 Program Year.
